Focus Groups

A focus group consists of people which are subordinate to the LAPOA Board who are asked to give their perceptions, opinions, beliefs and attitudes towards a targeted service, concept, or idea. They investigate the why and how of decision making, not just what, where, when. Questions and ideas are explored in an interactive group setting where participants are encouraged to interact as a team.
